The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm your order details, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or website errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Repeated refused or unsuccessful deliveries

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, an applicable refund will be processed.

5. Custom Orders

RPM Threads offers customized T-shirts made according to customer requirements.

For custom orders:

  • The customer must provide accurate design and order information.

  • Design, size, placement, and price will be confirmed before production.

  • Advance payment is required before production begins.

  • Once the design has been approved, production will begin according to the confirmed details.

Custom products are created specifically for the customer and may require additional processing time.

Custom orders remain subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

6. Payments

We may offer payment methods such as Cash on Delivery and advance payment, depending on availability.

Custom orders require advance payment.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

RPM Threads currently offers Pakistan-wide delivery.

Our estimated standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after order processing.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote-area delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable phone numbers

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Orders of Rs. 2,800 or above qualify for free delivery, subject to the applicable shipping terms.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All RPM Threads products are eligible for return, exchange, and refund, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Requests must generally be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products should be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, damaged, stained, altered, or otherwise used.

If you submit designs, images, artwork, logos, text, or other materials for custom orders, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

RPM Threads reserves the right to refuse custom designs that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
