At RPM Threads, we work to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. We currently offer Pakistan-wide delivery.

🚚 Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver RPM Threads orders to major cities and locations across Pakistan.

Your order will be carefully packed before being handed over to our delivery partner.

📦 Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

💰 Delivery Charges

Orders below Rs. 2,800: Standard delivery charges apply.
Orders of Rs. 2,800 or above: 🎉 FREE DELIVERY

The free-delivery threshold applies to the eligible product subtotal before delivery charges.

🛍️ Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after the order is received.

For custom T-shirt orders, processing begins after the design, size, placement, price, and advance payment have been confirmed.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

📱 Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

Please make sure your name, phone number, complete address, and city are correct when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided when available.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment through the courier service.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur because of:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Unreachable phone numbers
Remote-area delivery

RPM Threads is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

🔄 Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused the parcel, provided an incorrect address, or could not be contacted, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

📦 Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged when delivered, please contact RPM Threads as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and assist you accordingly.
