We currently offer Pakistan-wide delivery.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes depend on the product. You can check the Size Guide on our website before placing your order.

We recommend checking the measurements rather than relying only on your usual size.

Are your T-shirts standard or oversized?

Our product listing will specify the fit of each T-shirt. Please check the individual product description and Size Guide before ordering.

Can I order a plain T-shirt?

Yes. We offer plain T-shirts as well as printed and custom designs, depending on current availability.

Do you offer custom T-shirts?

Yes! You can create a T-shirt using your own design, artwork, photo, text, logo, or idea.

How can I order a custom T-shirt?

Simply contact RPM Threads through our official WhatsApp or social media DM and send us your design or idea.

We'll discuss the design, size, placement, price, and other details with you before production.

Can I send my own design?

Yes. You can send us your own artwork, image, logo, text, or design reference.

Can you help me create a design?

Yes. If you have an idea but don't have a finished design, tell us what you want and we'll discuss the possibilities with you.

Do custom orders require advance payment?

Yes. Custom orders require advance payment before production begins.

The design and order details will be confirmed with you before production.

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options shown at checkout.

Custom orders require advance payment.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.

Why do custom orders require advance payment?

Custom products are made specifically according to your requirements. Advance payment allows us to begin production after your design and order details have been confirmed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days after your order has been processed.

Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances may require additional time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the design.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes!

Orders of Rs. 2,800 or above qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

Orders below Rs. 2,800 are subject to standard delivery charges.

Can I track my order?

When tracking information is available, it may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. All RPM Threads products are eligible for return, exchange, or refund, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

How long do I have to request a return or exchange?

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange my T-shirt for another size?

Yes. Size exchanges are available within the 3-day period, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Are custom T-shirts returnable?

Yes. Custom T-shirts are also eligible for return, exchange, and refund, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We'll review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

📦 Orders

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For custom orders, production begins after design confirmation and advance payment.

Can I change my size or address after ordering?

Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel.

If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, refused the parcel, or could not be contacted, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.
